MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions to acquire Master Automatic.

MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions, a manufacturer of fastener components, engineered components and engineered plastics, agreed to acquire Master Automatic, a premier supplier of precision machined components and assemblies.
