The Sterling Group-backed Time Manufacturing Company, a global manufacturer of bucket trucks, digger derricks, cable placers, truck bodies, buckets, and other specialty equipment, completed the acquisition of Ruthmann, a manufacturer of aerial work platforms based in Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed.
