Partners Group completed the acquisition of Careismatic Brands from New Mountain Capital for $1.3bn.

Partners Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Careismatic Brands, a medical apparel manufacturer and distributor, from New Mountain Capital, a private equity firm, for $1.3bn. “Since partnering with New Mountain four years ago, I have been consistently impressed by their collaborative approach to business building.
