Podo to acquire a portfolio of residential electricity and gas customers from Cepsa.

Podo, a company specialized in commercialization of electricity and gas to residential customers, agreed to acquire a portfolio of residential electricity and gas customers from Cepsa, a company that conducts exploration activities. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transfer of the portfolio (around 75k contracts), which already has the appropriate regulatory approvals, will take place over the next few months. Customers will maintain the conditions for electricity and gas supply and maintenance for a minimum of 6 months, in addition to discounts with the Porque TU Vuelves card. Additionally, the electricity supplied will continue to be 100% renewable.
