Crédit Agricole Assurances completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in EF Solare from F2i for $750m.

Crédit Agricole Assurances, an institutional investor in renewable energy, completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in EF Solare, a photovoltaic operator, from F2i, an Italian asset management company, for $750m. This new investment will strengthen Crédit Agricole Assurances and CA Vita's strategy in favour of the energy transition in Europe and their contribution to the Crédit Agricole group’s ambition to be the European leader in responsible investment by 2022.
