Saur completed the acquisition of Aquapor.

Saur, a French water management and leisure management company, completed the acquisition of Aquapor, a provider of water supply and waste water sanitation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of Aquapor, Saur further accelerates its internationalization to reach €1.8bn revenues in 2021. The addition of Aquapor is margin accretive while preserving the existing growth profile, with strong and predictable cash flows.
