Springs Window Fashions to acquire B&C International.

Springs Window Fashions, a global provider of custom window coverings, agreed to acquire B&C International, a window treatment supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. "B&C is a unique opportunity for Springs to expand our geographic footprint and establish a major presence in several important European markets. We are impressed with B&C's leadership team and its manufacturing, sales and marketing capabilities.
