BC Partners and HPS Investment Partners to acquire Broadway Technology from ION Group.

BC Partners, an alternative investment manager focused on private equity, credit, and real estate, and HPS Investment Partners, a global investment firm that seeks to provide creative capital solutions, completed their acquisition of Broadway Technology, a provider of high-performance front-office fintech solutions to sell-side and buy-side clients, from ION Group, a company which is delivering mission-critical trading and workflow automation software to financial institutions, corporations, central banks, and governments. Financial terms were not disclosed.
