Transportation Insight, a North American provider of enterprise logistics solutions, agreed to acquire Spend Management Experts, a provider of parcel optimization, transportation management and e-commerce services helping companies optimize their parcel and e-commerce spend. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to join the Transportation Insight team.
