Episode Solutions to acquire Fusion5 Healthcare Solutions from Owens & Minor.

Episode Solutions, a provider of resources and services, exclusively to the needs of physicians and physicians groups, agreed to acquire Fusion5 Healthcare Solutions, a company that offers chronic care management, internal cost-saving, data analytics and commercial bundled payment products, from Owens & Minor, a healthcare solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "While both organizations share the same patient-centric commitment to drive compelling value-based care outcomes, the synergies gained by the Fusion5 acquisition accelerates the expansion of Episode Solutions' market presence and volume capacities—which propels the company into a national platform for at-risk specialty care.
