Initiative & Finance, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Grandir Nature, a specialist in breastfeeding support, from BNP Paribas Developpement, an investment company. Within the framework of an MBO, Initiative & Finance will support Jean-Michel Legrand and his team in accelerating its organic and external growth as well as strengthening its diversification strategy.
