Riverside-backed Omnigo completed the acquisition of Incident Response Technologies.

Riverside-backed Omnigo, a developer of public safety, incident reporting and security management software, completed the acquisition of Incident Response Technologies, a developer of cloud-based incident management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the addition of Rhodium’s loyal customer base, Omnigo now serves more than 2,700 organizations customer in 20 different countries, who in turn serve multiple jurisdictions in the US, Canada and abroad.
