Aztek Technologies completed the acquisition of NGsoft from BATM for $33m.

Aztek Technologies, a cloud environment planning firm, completed the acquisition of NGsoft, a provider of ICT cloud services in Israel, from BATM, a provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, for $33m. BATM intends to invest the proceeds of the sale to strengthen its innovation and commercialisation engine, both organically and through acquisition, to enable the Group to accelerate its core activities - in particular, in network function virtualisation and molecular diagnostics.
