Sagard-backed Sterimed completed the acquisition of Amcor’s European hospital packaging business for £123m.

Sagard-backed Sterimed, which specializes in the supply of sterilization packaging solutions to hospitals, completed the acquisition of the European hospital packaging business of Amcor, a UK-domiciled packaging company, for £123m.
