Yonsung Group completed the acquisition of Arevipharma.

Yonsung Group, a Korean supplier of Prostaglandin products, completed its acquisition of Arevipharma, a modern manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediate products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this transaction, the parties will expand and internationalize Arevipharma's active ingredient business and innovate and invest in its Radebeul production site.
