Ovarro completed the acquisition of Datawatt.

Ovarro, a provider of Remote Telemetry Units, acoustic leakage data loggers, secure SCADA systems and intelligent analytics software, completed the acquisition of Datawatt, a provider of technically advanced and innovative solutions used in various processes in the Water, Energy and General Industry sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
