Hearst-backed Fitch Group to acquire CreditSights.

Hearst-backed Fitch Group, a financial information services provider, agreed to acquire CreditSights, a provider of independent credit research. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to bring CreditSights into the companies of Fitch Group.
