Naturgy, a Spanish multinational natural gas and electrical energy utilities company, completed the acquisition of Hamel Renewables, a solar and energy storage development platform in the US, from Macquarie, Candela Partners and Green Investment Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction is a considerable step forward towards achieving our strategic objectives.
