Blue Sea Capital-backed RESA Power completed the acquisition of Western Utilities Transformer Service.

Blue Sea Capital-backed RESA Power, a provider of power systems electrical testing, transformer services and life extension solutions, completed the acquisition of Western Utilities Transformer Service, a provider of electrical equipment repair services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome the Western Utilities team into the RESA Power family.
