Triangle Capital to acquire Bourn Bioscience.

Triangle Capital, a specialty finance company, agreed to acquire Bourn Bioscience, a centre for the treatment of infertility. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Grant Thornton team did a great job and we are thankful for their continued support throughout the process.
