Palex Medical completed the acquisition of Comercial Rafer.

Palex Medical, a distributor of high value-added MedTech equipment and solutions, completed the acquisition of Comercial Rafer, a distributor of laboratory equipment. Additional investors include two private equity firms Ergon Capital and Corpfin Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this operation, Palex incorporates to its IVD and Laboratory area solutions and diagnostic tests related to histocompatibility and organ transplants, among other strategic products.
