DomusVi completed the acquisition of Costern from Toman Venture Holdings.

DomusVi, the largest operator of nursing homes in Spain, completed the acquisition of Costern, also known as Trinity Care, a nursing home firm in Ireland, from Toman Venture Holdings. Financial terms were not disclosed. The operation will allow DomusVi to continue with its expansion strategy in Europe. This is its first operation in Ireland.
