Kasada Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Sub-Saharan African hotel portfolio from AccorInvest, an owner and operator of hotel properties. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an outstanding portfolio of hotels covering all market segments and fully aligned with Kasada’s strategy.
