Phenna Group to acquire the NDT, weld invigilation and radiography divisions of Bolton NDT & Inspection.

Phenna Group, a specialist businesses focused on the testing, inspection, certification, and compliance, agreed to acquire the NDT, weld invigilation and radiography divisions of Bolton NDT & Inspection, a provider of a comprehensive range of welding and non-destructive testing services.
