Montagu, a European private equity firm with headquarters in London, agreed to acquire a majority stake in ITRS Group, a global provider of real-time monitoring and analytics software, from private equity firm TA Associates. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome Montagu into ITRS Group.
