TopBuild, an installer and distributor of insulation and building material products in the United States, completed the acquisition of LCR Contractors, a fireproofing and insulation company serving the Texas markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to welcome LCR to our team including their almost 300-person installer base.
