Bureau Veritas completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Secura.

Bureau Veritas, a firm involved in the testing, inspection, and certification, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Secura, an independent service company specializing in cybersecurity services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Both Bureau Veritas and Secura see the big opportunity in cybersecurity in the coming decades.
