Cadence Design Systems completed the acquisition of NUMECA.

Cadence Design Systems, an American multinational electronic design automation software and engineering services company, completed the acquisition of NUMECA, a mesh generation, multi-physics simulation and optimization provider. The acquisition is expected to be immaterial to revenue and earnings this year, and close in the first quarter of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
