Bureau Veritas completed the acquisition of the Canadian food auditing business of Orion Assessment Services.

Bureau Veritas, a firm involved in the testing, inspection, and certification, completed the acquisition of the Canadian food auditing business of Orion Assessment Services, a privately owner and operated 3rd party audit firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
