Dhamecha Group, a company that operates nine cash & carry sites selling grocery, tobacco, confectionery and drinks to independent convenience retailers, completed the acquisition of TRS Food's cash & carry business from Vibrant Foods, a producer and distributor of South Asian ethnic foods in the UK and across continental Europe.
