Dhamecha Group completed the acquisition of TRS Food's cash & carry business from Vibrant Foods.

Dhamecha Group, a company that operates nine cash & carry sites selling grocery, tobacco, confectionery and drinks to independent convenience retailers, completed the acquisition of TRS Food's cash & carry business from Vibrant Foods, a producer and distributor of South Asian ethnic foods in the UK and across continental Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As we expand our footprint we will continue to build on our reputation for excellent service, competitive pricing and great stock availability.
