Red Cat to acquire Skypersonic.

Red Cat, which provides products, services and solutions to the drone industry, agreed to acquire Skypersonic, a provider of drone products and software solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of Skypersonic will further strengthen our growing suite of highly specialized and unique drone services.
