Cadence Growth Capital and Harald Quandt completed the acquisition of HORN & COSIFAN and PK Office.

Cadence Growth Capital, an investment platform offering access to the Growth Private Equity asset class for individual as well as institutional investors, and Harald Quandt, a long-term investment holding company, completed the acquisition of HORN & COSIFAN, a regional IT system house in the Rhein-Main Area, and PK Office, a transregional provider of integrated-overall IT-services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The joint platform creates opportunities for future growth, including add-on acquisition opportunities. We are actively seeking IT service suppliers and IT infrastructure providers who intend to join forces with us under the platform. Against this background, we see both conceptual and regional add-ons as interesting opportunities for further expansion.
