Sagard to acquire Nutrisens from Evolem and Unigrains.

Sagard, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Nutrisens, a producer of nutrition and health food products, from Evolem, a family office, and Unigrains, a reference partner for agri-food and agro-industry companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Nutrisens’ team has the ambition to become a significant player in clinical nutrition and medical meals in Europe. Partnering with Sagard will allow us to accelerate our international development.
