Tencent agreed to acquire a minority stake in DONTNOD Entertainment, a France-based video game developer, for €30m. "A new business cooperation agreement takes advantage of the various growth drivers in the video game industry, in particular in China and on mobile platforms, in cooperation with an industry leader," Oskar Guilbert, DONTNOD CEO.
