Synopsis
Equistone Partners, one of Europe’s most active mid-market private equity firms, agreed to invest in Kusters Beheer, a supplier in the precision machining industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are looking forward to working with Equistone as we further expand and professionalise our capacities and capabilities to grow both organically and acquisitively," Geert Ketelaars, Kusters Beheer CEO.
