Offix and Office World to form a joint venture.

Two big players in the Swiss office supplies, consumables and stationery business Offix and Office World agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. The companies said in a joint communication that the merger will create a Swiss group of companies that is represented in all parts of the country.
