Happiest Minds Technologies, a software developer, completed the acquisition of Pimcore Global Services, an IT services provider, from Moonscape, a software firm, for $8m. The acquisition will further strengthen Happiest Minds’ offerings and leadership in the digital transformation space. It will also help create greater digital capital for customers and facilitate onboarding more customer logos of strategic consequence.
