Pemba Capital to acquire Premium Funding and Principal Finance.

Pemba Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Premium Funding, an independent and privately-owned premium finance company, and Principal Finance, an independent finance provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Premium Funding and Principal Finance will continue to operate under their respective names until the integration is complete, with a date for completion still to be determined.
