Andera Partners completed the acquisition of Sogetrel from Latour Capital.

Andera Partners, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Sogetrel, a company providing services in design, installation and maintenance of outdoor communication networks, from Latour Capital, a private equity firm. Additional investors include Luxempart, CAPZA, BNP Paribas Développement and IDIA Capital Investissement. Financial terms were not disclosed.
