TA Associates-backed Netwrix completed the acquisition of Strongpoint from Tequity for $27.4m.

TA Associates-backed Netwrix, a cybersecurity software company, completed the acquisition of Strongpoint, a SaaS company, from Tequity Advisors, a financial advisory company, for $27.4m. "It was great working with the Tequity team. They have a deep understanding of the SaaS marketplace, particularly as it relates to the Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite ecosystems. Without their strong, practical advice, I don't think we would have arrived at this point," Mark Walker, Strongpoint Founder and CEO.
