BeNEXT Group to acquire Yumeshin Holdings for $580m.

BeNEXT Group, a Japan-based company engaged in staffing service and contracting business, agreed to acquire Yumeshin Holdings, a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the construction engineer dispatch business, for $580m. After the closing of the transaction, Yumeshin Holdings will be delisted and merged into BeNEXT Group.
