Accenture Federal Services, a firm engaged in defense, intelligence, public safety, civilian and military health industry, completed the acquisition of Novetta, a provider of big data, cyber, and social analytics solutions, from The Carlyle Group, for $1.4bn. “Novetta will bring expanded capabilities, broad client relationships, and unique assets that complement our work in the national security sector and add greater scale to our digital capabilities.
