OP Energia and DBO Energy to acquire Peroá oilfield complex from Petrobras for $55m.

OP Energia, a company operating mainly in the Oil & Gas sector, and DBO Energy, a private E&P company focused on acquiring mature offshore fields in Brazil, agreed to acquire Peroá oilfield complex from Petrobras, a provider of energy that ensures prosperity in an ethical, secure and competitive way, for $55m.
