Shell Energy to acquire the broadband and telephony business of Post Office for $113m.

Shell Energy, a a supplier of gas, electricity and broadband in the United Kingdom, agreed to acquire the broadband and telephony business of Post Office, a retail post office company, for $113m. The deal is expected to close mid-March. The deal would bring over 450k new broadband customers into the Shell Energy family.
