HireQuest completed the acquisition of Snelling Staffing from Patriarch Partners for $17m.

HireQuest, a franchisor of on-demand and temporary staffing services, completed the acquisition of Snelling Staffing, a staffing company headquartered in Richardson, Texas, from private equity firm Patriarch Partners for $17m. "This acquisition will significantly expand our scale and provide a new and compelling franchise opportunity in commercial staffing, complementing our existing direct dispatch model," Rick Hermanns, HireQuest President and CEO.
