FLEETCOR-backed Hotel Connections and Travelliance to form TA Connections.

FLEETCOR-backed Hotel Connections, a developer and provider of software intended for transforming the way air and cruise lines, and Travelliance, a provider of airline and workforce lodging logistics service, agreed to form TA Connections, a provider of airline logistics and lodging programs. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Hotel Connections’ and Travelliance’s teams and technology have come together seamlessly, and now we’re excited to focus on delivering clients the most comprehensive airline lodging, transportation and crew logistics program in the industry.
