LGC to acquire Technopath Clinical Diagnostics.

LGC, a laboratory equipment supplier, agreed to acquire Technopath Clinical Diagnostics, a provider of solutions for clinical laboratories. Financial terms were not disclosed. Their multi-constituent quality control products will dovetail perfectly with the calibration verification, molecular and serology product portfolios within our Clinical Diagnostics business unit.
