Southern Towing completed the acquisition of Devall Maritime.

Southern Towing, a transporter of fertilizer and other products, completed the acquisition of Devall Maritime, a tow boat, barge, and diesel service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition significantly enhances Southern Towing’s Gulf Coast capabilities.
