Ardonagh to acquire Hera Indemnity.

Ardonagh, a firm that provides broking and underwriting services, agreed to acquire Hera Indemnity, professional indemnity insurance solutions provider to solicitors. Financial terms are not disclosed. "The acquisition of Hera is an excellent start to the year.
