Valedo-backed Prosero Security, a provider of security systems, completed the acquisition of Larmatic Alarm, a Swedish company that offers services in intrusion alarms, fire alarms, camera surveillance, and access solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With Larmatic in the Prosero team, we can strengthen our position further in the Stockholm region. We already have an excellent market presence there, but this addition improves our offer in burglar/intrusion alarms and all related services.
